Kyle Jean-Louis, aka KJAY, is a Gisborne-based DJ with a passion for creating a great atmosphere and bringing people together through music. After gaining live experience DJing at local sporting events, including Poverty Bay Rugby home games, he then took his DJing into the private events sector finding a love for Weddings & Corporate Crowds. His music style is all about reading the crowd and playing recognisable tracks that people genuinely want to hear, with a broad mix of hip-hop, R&B, house, drum & bass, classics, throwbacks and party favourites. KJAY brings plenty of energy to his sets while keeping the focus on the people on the dance floor. Whether it’s a big singalong, a throwback everyone knows or a track that gets the whole room moving, his aim is simple — play the right music at the right time and make sure people have a great night.
