Matteo Coletta, also known as  Teo, is a name synonymous with passion and musical dedication, draws inspiration from a family heritage of musicians. With roots deeply embedded in a love for music, he has seamlessly translated this heritage into a dynamic and captivating DJ career. Formerly a drummer and percussionist, his rhythmic background brings depth to his sonic explorations. Teo’s musical journey took a distinct turn when he began consistently gracing the decks at WellSpace in Queenstown every Sunday, creating an immersive sonic experience for nearly a year. Beyond the weekly residency, he has become a sought-after resident DJ in Queenstown and the surrounding area, bringing his rhythmic expertise to venues, weddings, and lively birthday celebrations.

Recently, he has had the pleasure of playing at Electric Rush  and Cosmic Wanderer, being in the line up with famous Music Producers and DJs. Events that added new dimensions to his musical narrative. Additionally, he has successfully showcased his talent at the Dimension Festival and Burning Horse Festival, further solidifying his presence in the music scene. In addition to these exciting opportunities, he has expanded his role as a local resident DJ at World Bar, Ayrburn, Bunker, and “Sundays”. His goal remains simple yet profound: to craft unforgettable musical experiences for his audience. He achieves this simply by using his feeling for the crowd, and playing what feels right at the moment without, as well as working in requests to build the mood, and sharing his carefully curated taste, seamlessly navigating between genres to create an atmosphere that resonates deeply with listeners.
