Tokyo native and turn-table extraordinaire Ryuzo Nishida a.k.a DJ Ryuzo is one of NZ’s premier club/Wedding/Corporate event DJ’s. With a career spanning over 20 years and counting, Ryuzo has played to packed out clubs all over NZ and at international venues across Japan, Singapore, Australia and the US.
As an established artist by day, Ryuzo’s appreciation for the arts transcends through his music as a turntablist by night. He specializes in turntable trickery and music mixing prowess by captivating crowds across a diverse range of genres including Top 40s, House, EDM, Soul/Funk, Nu Jazz, Reggae, Electro, RnB, Underground Hip-hop & Old Skool Classics. Ryuzo has also successfully collaborated with reknowned Auckland turntablists DJ Spence and DJ Chuckee on club concepts “Foreign Faders”
