Jason Pavia

Jason Pavia, also known as DJ T.K.O, migrated to New Zealand from London in 2008. Prior to moving to NZ he had been a DJ for many years covering corporate events for organisations like Saatchi & Saatchi and Namco (the company that made the computer game Pacman). As resident DJ for these superb corporate nights, DJ T.K.O. built up a good reputation and loads of experience, and was proud to be performing for a company that charged 15,000 pounds a night to corporate customers for their events! Since settling in Christchurch, Jason has performed many mobile gigs covering weddings, birthday parties, corporate functions and more, and currently regularly plays at the Little Fiddle Irish bar on the Terrace and several other venues. With a passion for radio end electronics, while in the UK DJ T.K.O. utilised his background to pirate broadcast for 5 years, playing Jazz Funk, Soul , RNB, Old School House, Garage, Techno, Hardcore, DNB, Acid House & Dance music in general. Over the last decade Jason has continued this love of radio and dance music hosting a weekly show on Pulzar FM (Tuesdays 8-10pm).

Steve Edwards

Steve Edwards is your DJ for events in Bars, Weddings & Private Functions. Originally from London, Steve has been a professional DJ for 25 years. He had residencies in numerous high end venues in and around London. He is known for playing a wide range of genres from the classics through to the latest top 40, but he earned the nickname Ibiza Steve due to his love of original house and Balearic beats. Steve is experienced in wedding, corporate and private functions. As well as being a successful mobile DJ, he now has his own residency at The Little Fiddle, every Friday night playing retro and classic tracks in video format. Steve can also be seen playing at various other bars such as Amazonita and Chiwahwah. A full video mix can be played when required.

Mike Nicholas

Mike Nicholas is most well known as previously being the breakfast announcer on Christchurch’s biggest dance music radio station, Pulzar FM for 7 years. Fair to say Mike is no stranger to the role of selector. Mike’s highlights include playing Vintage Club at RnV, Rolling Meadows Festival, Mardi Gras Queenstown, Christchurch Cup Day, Lincoln Uni’s Toga Party, Nightshift Festival in Cathedral Square and more. Mike has experience playing a variety of different events and is known for his ability to play almost any genre to any crowd. Primarily known for playing drum & bass and house, he has a number of years experience playing private & corporate events spinning Top 40/commercial music and classic anthems. Mike has the experience to spice up your event!

Levi Metekingi

Levi Metekingi, aka DJ Weast, has always had a passion for music, which naturally has led him to DJing. Levi has played across multiple types of events including Birthdays, Weddings, Nightclubs, Private parties, CrossFit competitions and Corporate events. He has also played for Red Bull and Chiefs Rugby. Whatever the occasion Levi is one DJ that has everything covered. Freddie Gardner

Freddie Gardner is a versatile DJ and saxophonist known for electrifying performances that blend live instrumentation with high-energy sets. Whether behind the decks or on the horn, Frederick brings a unique flavour to every event – from clubs and bars to weddings and corporate gigs.

Currently a resident DJ with Cook Brothers at venues like Freeman & Grey and La Zeppa, Frederick’s genre-spanning sets move effortlessly from house and hip-hop to Punjabi, pop, and drum & bass. With live sax solos woven into mixes, he creates unforgettable dance floor moments that stand out from the crowd. Frederick has performed at iconic events such as the TAB Karaka Millions Afterparty and headline uni parties like O’Rorke Hall’s Back to the 2000s, and was a finalist in Your Shot 2024 with a D&B set featuring a live rendition of Careless Whisper. Tom Aksham

Originally from the UK, Tom Aksham began his musical journey while at university, where a passion for mixing and reading crowds quickly developed into something much bigger.

With over a decade of experience behind the decks, Tom has brought his signature sound to nightclubs and festivals across multiple continents, developing an intuitive ability to read any room and deliver exactly what the dance floor needs. From the vibrant nightclub scene throughout Southeast Asia to the transformative desert experience of Afrika Burn festival and energetic crowds at Mint Festival in the UK.

Tom has recently relocated back to Auckland from Christchurch, where he has performed live on RDU FM and was the resident DJ at He Puna Taimoana for monthly full moon events, as well as many other events. Having performed at countless weddings, corporate events, and Christmas parties, he understands that each event is unique and requires a tailored approach. Whether it’s creating the perfect romantic atmosphere for a first dance, keeping corporate guests engaged throughout an evening, or delivering those peak-time moments that fill every dance floor, he brings both international experience and local insight to every performance.

Riley Tunnicliffe

Riley Tunnicliffe is an energetic and crowd-driven DJ known for bringing electrifying vibes to dancefloors across New Zealand. Based in Palmerston North, Riley performs regularly at some of the city’s most popular bars, as well as in Taupō, delivering sets that blend high-energy beats with infectious crowd interaction.
