Ashwyn Sathanantham is currently one of New Zealand’s Leading DJs specialising in entertaining Night-Clubs, Events, Weddings & Functions. He believes in Music Beyond Boundaries and this concept has brought him immense success over the last few years. Started off in humble beginnings as a DJ in early 2011 performing to small audience of a couple of dozen people at a cocktail bar, Ashwynz has mastered the art of reading crowds and has entertained crowds of over 2500 people.

Currently Andy Pulzar is a resident DJ for Amazonita & Chiwahwah on the Terrace, and has previously held residencies with Mashina Lounge, Iconic, Topkapi/Chic, The Print Room, Saints Bar, Malbas, Liquidity, Taxi Club, Base Nightclub, Azure, The Loaded Hog, Smile Clubbing NZ, The Church and Trinity nightclub. Recent career highlights include opening for Six60 (NYE2016), playing in Hagley Park with the CCC (NYE2017), supporting Sneaky Sound System in concert twice and supporting Andy Hunter in front of 15,000 in 2003. During a four year excursion across the ditch in Sydney after the quakes, Andy developed an excellent reputation as an incredibly versatile DJ, with regular gigs at the Bristol Arms Retro Hotel, the Mean Fiddler, Quakers Inn, Lowenbrau, Hard Rock Café, Margaritaville, Scruffy Murphy’s and many more. Internationally he’s performed as far afield as Smile in London at the Chunnel Club and Buzz in Chicago.
Primarily known for playing classic club tunes, house, funk, electro house, bounce and uplifting trance, with many years of DJing for corporate & private functions he is also able to spin RnB, commercial tunes, top 40, classic retro anthems or whatever else is required. With a massive music collection and awesome musical knowledge, Andy can play to any crowd. Plus, after adding Video to his repertoire, he can provide a full video mix with music clips and visual FX being streamed live during his set. In October 1999 with a business partner, Andy started Pulzar FM, Christchurch’s home of dance music, broadcasting on 93.3fm across Christchurch 24/7.

At the age of 25 Andrew Candy (or just Candy) has played numerous nightclub gigs around New Zealand. Including some of the premier night life spots in Hamilton (Bar 101, The Outback Inn, The Hut), Auckland (Lenin, Smart Bar, Eight Nightclub). Adept in top 40 and having a strong open format skill set allows Candy to move through genres, pace, and even the years with ease. He has been one of the go to DJs for High School balls throughout the Waikato for the last few years. He loves to entertain and brings his club presence to all of his sets. Candy is a professional with his work and can aide organizers on the night/at the event with advice on sound and setup, as he has sustained this through years of working the night life scene. Friendly, easy going, good looking (maybe not so much) and professional, Candy is a must have on your next ball, club gig, or social get together!

Originally from the UK, Michael Piper has been DJing for over 15 years. With formal qualifications, heaps of experience playing all styles of venues and wide-ranging musical influences, he’s the perfect DJ for your event. As a musician as well as a DJ, he understands the inner workings of the tunes he’s playing. Michael also plays the Saxophone so can bring in a live element to his DJ sets on request.
Eric Moore is a professional DJ with over 20 years of experience in mainly in the Christchurch and Canterbury region. Eric originally trained at the New Zealand broadcasting school so brings the professional edge of live radio to his Gigs. He has amazing musical knowledge and uses this to read the crowd and play the right music at the right time to ensure everyone has a great time. Eric specialises in good party tunes from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today that will make you wanna get up and dance. If you are looking for a drum and bass DJ however he’s not the guy.
Eric’s Niche is Weddings and Corporate functions where there is a diverse group of people of all ages. He can also step in and provide MC services for weddings if required and has hosted Bingo and Quiz nights as well as many other large events.
Ramesh Vidura is an all round DJ who can play at your birthday party, wedding or the corporate function. He’s been in the industry for many years and can play to a mixed audience. Ramesh is capable of playing music from the Top 40 hits, 70’s & 80’s classics, all sorts of EDM and bollywood and he’s perfected playing for multicultural audiences such as Kiwi, Bollywood, African, Pacific Island etc. He has held residencies at multiple venues around Auckland, including Shadows bar at Auckland University and Sponge Bar in Ponsonby. Currently he plays at private parties and various club events in Auckland and Wellington.
Antony Watson (Ants for short) has been in the depths of mobile DJing since high school, and for almost a decade he has catered to a huge number of corporate functions, private events, school balls, weddings, and countless club nights across the north island and beyond. With a strong appreciation of 60’s, through 90’s music, a passion for house and DnB, and knowledge of every genre under the sun; he is able to lead his crowd through a vast music library, and seamlessly weave them through avenues of emotion and memories.
